Ever since Tyga dissed Drake and Nicki Minaj in that now infamous Vibe article, things have only gotten nastier between some of the artists.
Lil Wayne's beefing with Birdman, Lil Twist says he's unhappy and Minaj just threw a shot at Tyga during a recent interview. It wasn't a big shot, but it was a shot nonetheless.
While speaking to BBC 1Xtra's Charlie Sloth, "The Pinkprint" creator explained why Tyga wasn't on her smash hit "Truffle Butter," featuring Lil Wayne and Drake. Especially since there was a leaked version being played with the West Coast rapper on it.
Nicki said Tyga was never supposed to be on the song, but for some reason he recorded vocals and released it anyway.
"The song was on my album, we don't know how, but it magically ended up in Tyga's hands," she explained. "I told him that's my song. I told him me and Drake were going to be on it, and lo and behold it leaked with him on it after I told him not to put it out."
"And I thought that was a little bit disrespectful, because I had always shown him love," Nicki added. "I had always done stuff with him and took him on tour with me."
Queen Barbz also said that Tyga apologized to her after his comment in Vibe magazine. During that interview, he said that he didn't get along with Nicki.
"He said some stuff that I ain't feel, but he texted me after and he apologized and he said 'you were always there for me,' and I respected him for saying that," she stated.
By the sound of it, the rift between both Young Money MCs could officially be over. That's unless Tyga takes offense to Minaj saying he was being disrespectful for releasing "Truffle Butter" without her consent.
Now you know!
